Earlier today I saw some people saying they weren't doing the mars movie thing because they don't have cable. Just wanted to let you know I don't have cable either, but I applied the codes anyway hoping there was a chance. They worked and are applied like a credit/debit/EFT payment. I heard there was one company that wasn't accepting them but I can't remember which. I use Charter, one of the smaller ones...but it's worth a shot anyway, I had $24 taken off my bill!
I sent a message saying that at least I did see it, so at least I can say I was paying enough attention to notice it but just forgot anyway lol
The drop down menu for cable companies had around 45 different providers so the chances are high that you are on one of them. There were many I've never heard of.
I'm just saying, I don't subscribe to cable, just internet..and I still got the credit! I thought it might just be a Movies On Demand credit or something but it was just $6 off my bill each time.
This happened to me once. I missed it and I sent them a message. She replied back with vague answers and that there was no way for me to re-take it. I thought well at least I let her know and submitted it. She rejected me. So much for that.
For my regular bill. I had to fill out a form with my name, address, email, then provider's name, account number and their zip code. It has to be filled out right in order for it to work. It went through smoothly. I'll find out in few weeks if it did really apply credit to it. I did it for the first time yesterday I think.
Can requesters not get banned? It seems crappy that people like Dmitri get to take advantage of people.
That is what TO is for. Read or not. Move and keep going. New people of course are suspect but AMazon cant kick out those who will feed them. We are the product. We are not the ones to be cared about.
