I think he just got trolled by like 2,000 people editing his google doc. Sad if it was legit, whatever it was. He went through a lot of trouble to outline the pay and to make it seem fair/above value. I hope they didn't just scare off a good requester.
Depends, say if he makes 30 quals and the median submitted was 40, and a spammer or two gets blocked, you got a shot
