I've had a few incidents like this where I can't get the code submitted because the site has gone down. The other issue is the countdown timer telling you how much time is left is utterly worthless. I am testing right now. At 3:33 it said I had 33 minutes left. 18 minutes later it assuring me I still have 24 minutes. How on earth do they get something this basic wrong? Anyhow, tip to everyone using PA, if you aren't starting a PA survey immediately, note the time you accepted it and how long you are given and ignore the timer. Had several I didn't get paid because I thought I still had enough time to complete it and it expired. Even sent them screen shots with the "you ran out of time" message with the non-zero timer at the top of the page. Never got any meaningful response back.
Most of the HITs I've done today have had the qual "Total approved HITs is not less than 5000" It's like a whole new world now that I've broken the 5k mark.

Those are the same ones he used to pay $3 or so. Did he really drop his pay that much? Yeah those suck at that pay.
Never seen $3 ones. Must have been before my time or masters. I give his HITs a quick look and only do about half. Some are just a few multiple choice questions for 30 cents and are decent. Some like this one are horrible. That formatting he uses is always awful though.
