If you hit some of the college bars (cheerful tortoise, etc.) you can get dollar Pabst nights. Also I somewhat remember a few of the strip clubs offering dollar Pabst after midnight.
I know there are cheaper bars, but this one is walking distance. Most strip clubs have a cover, though. Plus tips. I'm too poor for that.
