Yay! My husband fixed my monitor. It's been flickering and had gotten worse. He told me to just go buy a new one but I really didn't want to have to spend the money right now so I Google'd my monitor and the word flickering and learned it was probably the capacitors. Youtube even had a video of someone replacing the capacitors in my exact monitor. So, a few dollars and a little soldering later, my monitor is up and running.
