Ugh. I'm trying so hard to stay out of that debate. I just don't have the energy to put into the research and reading (the ranscript is 5k pages!) It would take to have an informed opinion
I doubt I'll get much done today. I'm always hounding my 6 year old to brush his teeth and to do a good job. Meanwhile, I brush 2-3 times a day and floss regularly. A few weeks ago, we both went to the dentist. He has no cavities and I have 3. How does that happen? I'll be getting those filled today. Yipeee....
any family history of teeth problems? main issues are caused by genetics. the "brushing 3x a day" is mostly a myth (not saying that it is totally wrong). also smoking, alc, tea and caffeine are very agressive
Speaking of that. I'm going to the dentist today as well for cleaning. Hoping there's no cavities. Good morning all!
I have only had a few cavities throughout my life. Maybe 2 and those were in the first year of college. A lot of late nights with now teeth brushing. My diet is decent, but I picked up coffee in the past year and of course, that comes with sugar and creamer, or at least mine does! I'm sure that was it.

Does anyone know if we can do all 3 or are we only supposed to do 1? thx
Genetics. I brushed my teeth constantly as a kid and have had cavities galore. My ex? Didn't brush his teeth for years and he doesn't have a single one today. My two younger kids have had cavities but the older two not one. edit: I totally ready your original post wrong cause the bus pulled up in the middle of it lol I thought you said that YOU have none and he does. lol
My dad is in his mid 70's and his teeth are great! I have narrowed it down to the morning cup of joe! Our newborn was so colicky when he was born that we ran on fumes, literally. Coffee took me through those times. Luckily, he's a well adjusted 7 month old so I've cut back, a lot.
Well that's assuming I was dating him when he didn't brush his teeth. Which would be inaccurate He was a young teen when he chose to be gross.
Cause he was a stupid boy. edit: who knows. I could ask many questions about what goes on in that man's head anyway and never come close to an answer.
I'm on a roll this morning. Now, I'm on live chat with DirectTV and asking them to remove all of this crap we never watch. So the lady asks me if I want to remove this specific channel, and I said, "Yes, please take it off." Then, I sent a creepy smiley face. I'm winning today!
HAHAHA I literally just laughed out loud! Well off I go to my least favorite doctor. Ugh. Oh, did I mention I get to see the other least favorite doctor at 3:30 today. Again, winning! haha
Cause he never heard this:
