I am alive! I made it. 75 people fed and happy and out of the house. Exhausted now. I might sleep for three days.

 

Dang! That's a lot of people! We had around 10. I can't imagine 75! So much food!

 

Three turkeys, two hams, a few cornish game hens, all the sides and stuffings you can think of, and about 150 homemade rolls. There was only about 25 adults in total, the rest were children. Today I have seen more meltdowns about food touching one another and not getting the right colored juice than I ever want to experience in my entire life.

 

Lol. My heater went out yesterday. Something about Thanksgiving brings out the worst in control boards, I suppose.

Also remember folks if you're going out tomorrow for big sales, they typically just put out sh*t that is barely worth it when it comes to stuff like TVs, tablets, computers, etc. and make you think they're giving you a deal. Buyer beware and all that.

EDIT: I put First Light, it's Second Son, the base game that's actually a full game and not DLC, that's 19.99. First Light'll be free on PS Plus by December 4th, too, though.

 

Too true. "But it's a 40" tv for 100.00!!!" Yeah but how good is that tv? And there is so much stuff that is marked up before being marked down. AND some of these sales are actually sales you can also get at Christmas and tax time.

I have to head out to my kids' dad's house and it's so cold out. 5 degrees man. But I forgot to pick up my son's refill for the medication that actually makes him sleep so I have to go get what is at his dad's house 20min away. Yuck. That's what I get for waiting and then forgetting I couldn't go get it today! As much as I don't feel like going out at this time of night... I would like him to sleep even more. Last time he didn't get his medication he was up for like 36 hours.
