Ugh, finished the $60 self concept hit, have to say - yes it's nice to have the $60 buy overall, honestly not worth the hourly pay at all. wish I would have realized that before I started it. We should be striving for something better then $5 or $6 dollars an hour. Edited to add: It's my own fault. Should have known better when they clearly explained in the beginning of the hit, that if you had technical issues and couldn't finish the whole thing they would be glad to pay you at a rate of $4/hour for your time. Any requester who thinks that is acceptable is not really one that I should be working for. But alas, I did do the entire hit anyways and thus turk continues it's poor downward spiral.
They had a number of those "pick which reward you'd rather get ... Xxxx today or Zzzz tomorrow things, but even though they said they are real, they obviously are never going to pay out (trying not give away survey content but some of them were incredibly unrealistic) But your 2 bonuses made me think of that though.

I was thinking the same thing. I don't do the .25 ones but I thought a bunch of them should have been in that pile. For the first 100 I did, I didn't throw any back except if I couldn't understand them but after that I just wanted it to be over
Actually those bonuses said that you would get a percentage of the amount not the whole thing because some of them were very large amounts. It did not say how much percentage though.
Hmm, thanks, I missed the line about getting a "percentage" It frustrates me that just because they paid a decent amount overall, everyone says it was a good hit. Yet, they were incredibly vague on how the bonus actually paid out and paid well below minimum wage but again because it was such a large amount overall people said it was a good hit. NO - I could have done tiny surveys for .50 a crack and still gotten a better hourly wage then this thing paid. Ugh, just ignore me, I'm tired and annoyed that this is how I spent my Sunday, I should have known better and threw it back after an hour, but I kept going because of the time already spent. There's a fallacy there but I'm to tired to come up with the name of it at the moment.
