I could see something along the lines of The Onion or The Daily Currant for conspiracies. There are so many skeptic sites though. Interestingly, though, if you could write up something that sounds real enough a la the two aforementioned entities, you might be able to grab some insane short term viral traffic. Then, you'd have the issue of available bandwidth elasticity if you're not prepared.
Yeah I'd have to do a lot of work for a site like that obviously and I definitely just don't have the time for it right now. Maybe one of these days I'll do something like it. And yeah the skeptic field is really saturated right now.
Does anyone currently do anything along the lines of affiliate marketing? That's actually how I found out about Mturk back in 2010-2011. A few guys were talking about using Mturk for SEO purposes. Anyway, I had a niche site that made $1500-$2000 per day in commissions during peak traffic. I literally knew next to nothing about the topic but found it after messing around with some keyword search tools and realizing there wasn't really anything there was to satisfy the need. Stopped doing that a few years ago now as the commissions dried up. I can't imagine it's easy these days with the oversaturation of content plus Google changing their algos constantly.
Today's HITs Since it's been a bit slow I guess I'll do this now. I'm back again with all of the HITs that were posted inside today's thread so far. Just click on the button below and you will be brought to a page with all of the preview links already on it. (It's on JSFiddle, which is like pastebin for code.) You can right click the preview links and press T to open them in a new tab quickly. You can also use your middle mouse button. (Tab trick tested in: Chrome & Firefox) Red links are visited and green links are not. Note:This is useful for HITs that are still up that you may have missed. If the Today's HITs button doesn't work please let me know.
