Amazon always has a delay for everything. It's just a method of using clock cycles on servers efficiently to keep the load balanced.

 

I've never noticed a delay of over a minute for 0 second AA hits. I do a lot of Amazon Requester master batches and have never experienced this long of a delay.

Best for your money is currently the nexus 7 iirc. I don't really know about ten inch, I've just been using a discount iPad I've had for a bit over a year.
