    I got locked out for returning one and note the AA is 22h so maybe a new Google guy? But I don't think you have to watch the entire video, just the ends from what I can tell

    You have to find where the video is silent... Unless im wrong the only way to find that is to watch the entire thing unless you're lucky and its early on...

    but it says the first and last parts ie when the audio starts and ends. Suggests that you can skim through and as long as there is audio, you're good

    Not all the videos have music to start or end them. Sometimes they have audience clapping or spoken intros/outros. Maybe I misunderstand the directions but my understanding of the HIT is that it's just asking you to mark first audio and last audible audio.
