Couldn't Submit Survey

    Hello!

    Kinda new to turking - 7 days in. Glad yo find a way to make some extra coin. The Great HITS forum has been very helpful!

    I am looking for some assistance. I completed a survey from Patricia Wu. I was unable to submit the HIT when the survey was completed but I got a completion code. I now can't find the requestor's information.

    Any ideas on how I can resolve this?
