Has anyone experienced this problem? I used to do a lot of Crowdsource hits for keywords and url rankings. I kept running into the problem that after hitting "Accept" on a hit, it would then say there were no remaining hits, but it wouldn't tell me this until AFTER I had accepted it, so I had to send it back. I have a 100% acceptance rate with them. After this happened a few times, less than 10 I think, I got a message that b/c of my return rate, I could no longer do as many hits.

Now, I'm lucky to do 2 or 3 a day of each type, but it still constantly waits until I accept the hit to say there are none left, even though it will say there are 15,000 available, and the preview will show as if it's available. I'm afraid to click accept on one at all, b/c I won't know it's going to say that until I do, and then I'm stuck having to return it. I can't improve my return rate b/c this still happens every day. My friend, who also does mturk, because she just signed up and has no return rate yet, they'll let her do something like 40 a day.

I emailed mturk to ask if my rate could be fixed, and if anything could be done. They just replied back and said it didn't matter, b/c most companies don't look at return rate. But Crowdsource was the main one I liked doing.

I can't find an email address to contact Crowdsource anywhere. Has anyone else experienced this, or know a trick to get around it, or know how to contact Crowdsource directly?

Thanks so much for any help u can give!

That's awful. Is it just Crowdsource that (currently) won't let you accept hits because of the high return rate (that they caused, ironically)? I've definitely experienced the same thing - I figured they knew about it, so why would they penalize anyone? (I wasn't worried about my overall return rate, but relative newcomers with lower submitted numbers might be) Email them through the hit link for starters...

P.S. - I just shot them an email thru the MTurk link describing the issue and my own experience having to return their hits due to unavailability ...
