Yes, these. No they didn't explain. No reason, no reply to my email. I return anything I'm uncertain of in case they reject you for saying you're uncertain. Apparently this guy rejects you even when you're perfectly correct, so I'm not sorry I did. I'm only sorry I ever touched them in the first place.
The only concern I had was did they want plural or not? Raspberry or Raspberries. Picture showed multiple raspberries but instructions mentioned an example: strawberry but no picture to verify if there was only one so I went with that. Then did 1 or 2 plural just in case. Luckily I didn't do too many. Ugh. Wish I knew what the AA was. It's a waiting game.
