It won't let me take money out of it, it just says " We're Sorry Please Excuse Us We're very sorry, but we're having trouble doing what you just asked us to do. Rest assured, we're working to resolve the problem as soon as possible."
Haven't tried yet. I am having problems with withdrawing my paypal balance from PA, it keeps saying "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." Anyone else having trouble with paypal? Edit - I figured out what was wrong. I had to convert the British pounds into USD before transferring. That must be new, I've never had to do that before.
