Same survey was on Prolific and I sent him a message there. Just got a response. Well two. The first instructing me to return it (a week later) and he'd give me partial payment. And the second telling me the first was sent in error and concluded by telling me "We also kindly ask you to refrain from sending emails if you are not personally contacted by our team" Classy.
