    There have been several occasions where I went to accept a hit and got a similar message. I always send a polite email asking why (never been rejected, this risks my account, etc). Each time, I have gotten a response saying "this is similar to a study we ran awhile ago and want to prevent retakes, we will remove block after study done, this is how Amazon tells us to do it). I have never heard from Amazon. One time, the requester told me that it was similar to a study she had run 18 months earlier.

    Same, just caught another. When you click the pics on the hit page, it takes you to tinypic, when you go to the survey link, you get an error
