They're never worth it, but if there's nothing else to do I don't see why not. Are you doing p9x's hits? I'd advise you to do the penny hits for numbers if that's the case. Or if you do have 5k+ hits then I'd just... not even bother doing them. I'm pretty sure maximum efficiency is around 2-3$ an hour Yeah, scroll through for some laughs. Maybe at my expense.
