Hello, My name San (pronounced "Sean") and I am a professor at a State University in Southern California. I am collecting data relating to consumer complaints. If you have time to fill out our survey (8-10 minutes) you would help us learn quite a bit about what people say when they complain. The payment is 25 cents ...
