New to MTurks, started checking it out about 12 days ago-- and just hoping to make some mad money for the summer…found this forum via google… looking forward to giving myself a small side income that hopefully, I can keep up throughout the year as well… So far, in my 1st 12 days, I've made about $30 on 333 turks (about 277 approved, so still waiting for 51 payments)… Not too bad, I think as I'm getting used to this and trying to fumble my way about…. I've also recommended the MTurks it to a friend who's homebound due to a disability and i figure if he learns the tricks of the trade, it might help him feel a bit better about his situation, while giving him something to do… Looking forward to seeing what other things I can learn (I don't want to spend my whole summer vacation sitting in front of a computer monitor!
