I think Amazon do not allow selling items for Non-US/Non-UK Bank a/c holders. Payments will be made in U.S. Dollars to a U.S. checking account, British Pounds to a U.K. bank account, or Euros to a bank account located in any country within the eurozone. See the Amazon Currency Converter for Sellers - FAQ for more information about receiving payment for sales in your local currency." So, what to do with that?
Even if you can create a seller a/c but you cannot buy your own e-book as it says cannot send bill to the address cause of some sort of limitation!
