There are a few where they violate multiple things and it's hard to determine the best reason. (Not a question, just an observation.)
Yes, it may verywell be the case in some of the examples. Just choose the one that stands out the most I guess haha. ~ Mark L.
What should we put if they complain about the office service and mention that they never got to see the doctor? Would that be considered a non-patient?
They are allowed to comment about the office the doctor owns or is a part of. Non-patient is when someone other than the patient is reviewing the practice. ~ Mark L.
A valid negative review up until the last sentence where the doctor is referred to as a "quack" probably would be inappropriate, right?
1) Patient is praising the Dr. but is equally unhappy with other reviewers and using the words like 'idiots' for them. Should this be marked as Profanity or Inappropriate 2) Shortest review - 'Shitt', where would this fit?
From what I remember, cut-offs are still okay as long as the visible content doesn't violate any other rules.
Well its all about context. As long as they are explaning their experience and in doing so feel the doctor is a quack thats ok. but if they are just saying the guy is a quack then thats inapporpriate. Make sense? ~ Mark L.
** PLEASE NOTE ** The FACILITY / URGENT CARE step that is going up right now (contact info + hours) DO NOT USE LINE2 IN YOUR CONSIDERATION. DO NOT PROVIDE LINE2 BACK IN YOUR ANSWER. Thank you, ~ Mark L.
Oh, well then I got that one wrong. Sorry! I went with "inappropriate/unsure" because of the name-calling. There's a bit of a fine line between a valid negative review and just taking angry pot shots at a doctor sometimes and it can be hard to figure out what to do.
