Cordelia E Davis - $5 HIT - "Answer a survey about yourself" - REJECT This no T.O. requester's survey took ONE HOUR to complete. I wake up to this rejection: "Did not check consent boxes so cannot use these data" If this new requester is honest.. If it's actually a mandatory data field, make it a mandatory field for Submit. They obviously designed their HIT to allow me to work for them for one hour, unpaid and now rejected... I'm unsure I believe this requester. Now more time, chasing this and hoping I can get it reversed. FYI, will update with any news.
Mine is still pending. I don't remember it taking an hour or I never would have done it. But a couple people reported rejections in yesterdays thread.
My Cordelia is still pending too (and it was like 30 terrible minutes), but I remember there being a few tricky attention checks. I always thought, or hoped, that requesters that had like 10 of them don't fail you for missing 1.

looks like she works in the department of anthropology for stanford. You could go irb route if you really want or she doesn't respond. She looks pretty mean actually.
There were two options to check at the bottom of the consent form before pressing next. The survey was kind of a mess though. Optional questions marked as required and such. Mine is still pending.
Well that's the thing... the requester did not say I failed an attention check, but failed to click consent to use my data. Which... doesn't sound right. So, we'll see. Thanks for letting me know what happened with you.
For anyone willing to suffer through it again, that second $13 Human Language Tech HIT just approved. It was easier material than the first, but it might have been slightly longer with 1 or 2 more stories. Took about the same time I think.
