It was pretty much impossible to fuck the task up so whatever their reasoning is completely unfounded and off base. Not to mention I don't know how much "exploration" they expected with a 60 second timer and a broken API map in their HIT.

I don't mind fucking myself, just pointing out that you hate sleep timers even though it reduces blank submissions, so it illustrates the type of turker you are (wage > quality) so you're probably not telling the whole story

A line in AHK code that causes the script to pause for specified milliseconds (if your computer lags, submissions can be flawed with insufficient timers) All I know is I gave you a script that I forgot to insert sleep timers in, I attempted to rectify the situation via gchat but you wouldn't respond until a million messages later, and I had to make you PROMISE me that you inserted the timers, because you obviously don't care if the quality of submissions increases only X%, you only care about optimizing your wage, even if it means scaring the requester off mturk

If you are running scripts like that to start with I think it is cheating I see all you guys coming on here bragging about all your money but at what cost when you are talking about code and things like that at some point maybe you shouldnt be turking let the real turkers who don't use scripts get the hits we deserve it we put in real work and don't try to cheat the system lol
Scripting is fair game when used responsibly, it's the people who are using it as a means to squeeze as many submissions into a timeframe as possible with absolute disregard to quality that drives pay down and open batches to quals (the latter is actually a good side effect, but the former happens way more often)
scripting is not cheating the system if you still do the work involved. RNR example - ticking everything not adult but still checking each one to see if it is correct or not. However scripting shouldn't be used for every hit, but it is not 100% cheating the system.
I can acknowledge that but if people are submitting 3,600 hits a day like TurkorTreat no offense against him but that isn't normal they should be blocked pulling in hundreds of dollars a day on mturk is cheating there is no way you are giving quality work to these requesters at that rate just no way lol I think $50 a day is good that would be doing good that's $1,500 a month more than enough to live off lol
