Today sudddenly i received that my account was suspended

i am maintaining approval rate more than 96.5. but i don't know why my account was deleted. few days back , i kept a request that i hadn't received my payment. may i know the reason to them..
but today .. it was suspended .. may i know the reason

 

Didn't you write somewhere on here that you had hired people to work for you around the clock, day and night shifts? Perhaps Amazon felt you were completing a suspiciously high number of HITs from your IP. Still, they should have sent you an explanation no matter what the reason.

If you have been working on too many hits making Amazon suspicious about your account, you can get suspended.

Hope your suspension gets revoked, but that is possible only if during a review of your account everything is found to be in order.

 

I have kept them a mail, when i got the idea to make the people to work day and night, they replied to me that as long as their have different payee name and different identity proof we can . And also i have mentioned that i am using same ip address. they said yes we can use same ip address

I am sorry this information was not clear for you. Our participation agreement currently restricts each Worker to having a separate bank account and separate email address.

We don't release the mechanism we use for discovering multiple accounts. No single individual can have multiple accounts. Multiple individuals can work from the same IP address. If we find that any two accounts are actually the same person, we suspend the accounts regardless of IP address.

Your friends and you are able to use the same IP address as long as each account has a separate e-mail address and different information.

There's nothing to control. I said, "IF" you cheat...I didn't say you "DID" cheat. They may tell people that several accounts can be connected to the same IP address, but maybe they have no way of determining that all that activity from the same IP address is actually from different accounts. I'm sure ergo or Andy would be able to address that possibility.

This seems to be interesting but being dumb, as usual, I'm still not able to get whether all your friends work using your mturk ID or do they all have their own ID? I don't think there should be any issue if everyone's working using their own mturk ID, not sure though!!!

 

Everyone has their own account and own bank account and own identity proof also.

 

In that case, I don't think there should be any objection. But that's strictly my opinion and honestly, at times, I can't figure out how their policies, terms, etc. work.

 

Yes, i haven't received payment for April month i.e for 654USD

i have mailed them.. they replied, the hold is temporarily it will be activated again by 2 or 3days.. but 2 or 3 days are finished .. but no reactive of account.. what to do now..

 

My account was once disabled, I accidently created a second account. They fixed it for me within 2 weeks.

 

Try writing them weekly or as often as possible (but obviously not every 6 hours or so unless you've got a reply from them and need to send back one), if you haven't done that already. That's probably what I'd have done had this happened to me.

 

I have registered with shorttask.com website which is similar to mturk only .. Many i know your opinion regarding it

 

Sorry dude, but I would never consider signing on to a "company" that has no About us, nor an easily findable way to determine exactly from whom the "payday" will be coming from.

Yeah, no real e mail address or a phone number either.

Well, the same could be said about Amazon.

Sure, technically they have phones and e-mail, but good luck trying to get help that way.
