I do not do that I have to make sure that the address dose not exist on the site so instead I google it using this query: address site:realtor.com ex: 309 SW Hyw, colorado springs, colorado 81900 site:realtor.com 95% I found the matching address through google.
No need for that... if that pops up then there is no address.. no need to Google.. Only rely on Realtor.com... if it says not found then our answer should be not for sale. I have done many like that and no score reduced for me...
this pop up window doesn't mean that the address dose not , sometimes the address has many spaces or the abbreviations used in the address are not recognized or other technical issues with realtor search engine, believe me I use this method and i find matching addresses 95% of the time, try it your self or use another website like home.com for example , because as i told you before that pop up window dose not mean that the address doesn't exist
for example try this address : 160 Dogwood Cir, Badin Lake, NC 28127 the window will pop up then go to google and use this query: 160 Dogwood Cir, Badin Lake, NC 28127 site:realtor.com you will find the house is for sale
OK I will ask the Requester about that...also I will follow my way... until I see a reply from RER requester... I am sticking to my way because the Requester don't told to use Google...and so also my score is not gone down... it is intact 100...
One other thing you can do is to simply search on realtor.com for the ZIP code and page through the results. If it is a rural ZIP code you might only get 2 or 3 pages of results. This is worth your time to try. If it is an urban ZIP code, you might get hundreds of results. These are the ones I return. Some of the addresses in the HITs are simply messed up. It’s as if when they were prepared, all the pound signs (#) got mistakenly changed into Units (apartments). 3289 State Highway #28 becomes 3289 State Highway Unit 28
They need to just post a large amount of HITs. They keep putting up a couple at a time and the HITs keeps disappearing and reappearing.
Yeah, and 3 weeks later nothing has changed. I get 4 or 5 emails a day saying these are being posted. I got 1 HIT yesterday. TurkAlert says 81 people are watching - lots of campers on this one.
Yes, Khalinov you are very much right. I too check for RER HITs nowadays. Two days before I got some 10 HITs from RER and that too I got from the way that it was appearing and disappearing. Nowadays can't see those 10k+ HITs from him. Also I heard that when I was sleeping my some Indian friends got many RER HITs from the posted 10k+ Bulk HITs. OK Watching for it the whole time.
This requester visits one of the other forums that I am a member of and he was asked about the HITs, his reply was "I post a couple thousand each day and they are getting worked as fast as I can publish them." I guess there are lots of people working these, I haven't done any in weeks for that reason.
