Those are the HITs that no one does and they linger for days. Good HITs disappear quickly. Yesterday I worked on a few good-paying Masters batches and they disappeared in 20-30 minutes. Working on them paid about .25 per minute. So yes, there is more work (good-paying in some cases) available for masters.
