LOL that was me for years when I worked full time. Actually my entire life from elementary school through college and work. I can't sleep before 1am, no matter how early I have to be up. Most nights 2am or later. It's nice to finally not have to worry about getting up early anymore and the struggle to survive on 4-5 hours of sleep is ovaaaa.

I worked midnights for years. It's been 4 years since I quit that shit, and I am still trying to learn that sunrise is not bedtime. It doesn't matter how much sleep I get either. My body is programmed so that if the sun is up, I want to be in bed.
Oh it's rare that I can nap and not feel like shit after. I don't get all these people who can take a quit cat nap. I feel horrible after. Sometimes I can... but it has to be when my eyeballs literally won't stay open and I have to be able to nap for at least an hour. None of this 15min business.
