Attention Turkers (and other parasites)! If you haven't done your 50, Stanford Social Systems Lab HITs , The Wisdom of Crowds Challenge, .40 each. Do Them! Easy 20.00 total. They've been posting last few nights. Don't know how long they'll go on, but... I've lost 2 'cause they occasionally don't load right for me or simply stop working and I end up returning, or they expire--20 min timer. It's taken me 2 nights to get my allotment of HITs--they tell you when you're done. Still this is simple stuff, even for the Ol' Crone(that's me, I'm not insulting ya'll). It'll keep track where you are for you. And stop you when you reach 50 HITs. (Or 48. I also lost a couple due to glitches.) The time varies, some are really quick, some took me 5 or 6 minutes. So make sure you have enough time left on the timer -- don't want an in-frame HIT expiring as you do it.

I guess I'd call it a batch survey. Or a survey in 50 parts. So I'd hesitate to talk too much about the content. They tell you how many questions you get right and your rank among those who've done that particular quiz. No idea what they'll use to figure out the bonus. Given they haven't approved any (including the ones I did 12 days ago) I am not expecting a quick bonus. Not worried about them approving though.
