I prefer TurkMaster only because I'm used to it and I hate change. Changed over primarily because Turkmaster stops for no reason sometimes. Also I was told that Turkmaster may not update to the new site if Mturk switches over to the new site permanently. JHkerriokey - In case you didn't know, Amazon made another mturk site that workers can use as well. worker.mturk.com. I don't know if they will get rid of the current one in the future.

It is! I was turned off the first time I used it and didn't try to learn it for few weeks. Later I decided to try again and stuck with it. One thing at a time. Practice adding a job. See how it works. Hover over some buttons and there's a pop up to explain what they are. Slowly, you'll catch on.

I don't see a way to delay the acceptance of a hit. Like, to grab one every *seconds.... anything I'm missing about it?
If you click on 'details' of the HIT, there'll be a pop up with list of things you can do. One of them is to change the Ham Timer. You can change the delay time. I'm not sure about the acceptance timing of the HITs. I'm still new using Panda Crazy myself. Hover your mouse over the options, it'll give you brief explanation of what they do.
Queue Hit Limit, that's pretty much what I needed. I don't want to grab so many I can't do it within the time allowed.

That didn't work . put 10 as limit then it only took one at a time despite the hitting the collect or Ham button. So I hit the panda button again and it ignored the limit (because it made a new job)....
I don't know what that means, but I'm about to give up and go play Lord of the Rings online. I mean, go look for a job.
My biggest issue with TM was that it kept stopping on me all the time. That's why I eventually switched over to Panda Crazy. I haven't had any issues with random stopping and it gives you an alert if there's a capture or you're logged out of mturk. The first couple days I wasn't loving it, but now I really like it and I think Panda Crazy is the much better tool. I like how it allows you to organize and group the pandas. I'm a big fan of the hoard script, so I love the go ham feature! I also love that it will grab all the hits by a single requester when you do a requester search! Just play around with it some and you will get the hang of it. I found a couple useful videos on YouTube that explain some of its features pretty well. And welcome back to turking!
