I went out with my mother for lunch and had some shrimp then had ice cream cake for dessert that consisted of caramel, Oreo cookies, chocolate fudge, Heath bar and ice cream. I got sooo full and felt yucky afterwards for eating too much. Still haven't had dinner yet. I'm dying to have my leftover brisket from yesterday but I'm still feeling full... Felt like this all day... I rarely overeat and I hate the feeling. Lesson learned.
