I keep forgetting I have a blocker on because of this forum. I've definitely returned a few HITs because of blanks and my guess is the ad blocker caused it.
Yep, need to remember to try turning off the blocker anytime there's any issues in the survey. There was one that was in frame or survey in within Mturk page and it was blank until I turned off the blocker and refreshed. It showed up.
