mturklaura so I'm pretty sure that last night there was some type of attempt to steal our mturk info because the sign in button was redirecting to a webpage that was not mturk, luckily our browsers caught it and I didn't fall for it but I am really concerned that they were able to do that. There have been a number of lapses in security at Amazon lately in the news and I'm wondering if Amazon switching to the new worker website left the old website exposed somehow. tldr; be careful logging in, if you get the security warning don't log in there.

On another note, requester "Yuru Liu" appears to be a scammer. Took his $3.75 car survey hit and was instantly rejected for 'wrong code' when I copied it and I wasn't the only one. Attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful and even the Center for Behavioral and Decision Research the study was conducted through is refusing to do anything about it.
