It was a foot of snow Flora!!!!! It got to 46 degrees in my house this morning. We only had gas logs in the living room and it wasn't enough.

I used to do mturk->payments when I started on Sunday then immediately did a withdrawal from payments. So everything I needed to do was accomplished in a single 30 second block. The Money was always in my account Monday.

Now I do mturk->payments when I quit Saturday. Then a withdrawal when I start Sunday. If I'm lucky I get the "Your Withdrawal Has Been Processed" completed email at 6pm (just got mine now) and have the money Monday. Good chance I'll get it at 9am Monday and not see any money until Tuesday though. Takes a lot longer now and is a pain in the ass.

Glad you got your power back finally. Got a foot of snow here also and an 8 hour power failure. Was so glad it came back on at midnight -- was getting ready to sleep in front of my gas fire. :)

If your snow was like ours, it was heavy and there wasn't a hint of wind. Every little branch, twig, and power line had a good pile of snow on it. Tomorrow's task will be hacking up the remains of the tree in the back yard. Sigh.

Yeah it was just like that. We have a tons of half trees and limbs in the yard too, but we have to work tomorrow so I don't know when it will get cleaned up. Our street is still icy in spots and it's uphill going out, so I'm worried about getting out in the morning.

Ooh it wasn't little snow. That's a lot of snow. Was that the most you've had? Hope you'll be able to leave to work safely tomorrow morning.

Of all times I am watching a dog for a few days. Taking the dog out for a walk isn't pleasant in this cold.

Hehe Nice. Speaking of sequels that made me think of the awful Sharknado series which Turknado seems kind of appropriate for the 15th.

Apparently Bezos was a fan because Amazon rebooted the Sigmund and the Sea Monster for it's Prime original TV shows. I haven't watched it yet though. I'm more curious about Boomerang's relaunch of The Wacky Races.

Interesting. I hadn't heard about Wacky Races, that should be fun. Haven't checked out Sigmund yet but I have been meaning to, as I am a valued Primecitizen.

    Mind Dagger--
you can put your survey at the top of the page, where all members will see it and vote. Maybe Flora can advise you.

Snow all disappeared this morning. This is a rare case where NY had less than the southern states.

I have seen enough snow and board games to last me a lifetime. There is a reason I live in the south.
