So far I haven't been able to accept a single HIT. It keeps redirecting me to an old search I did whether I hit the preview button or the accept and work button. I just tried explaining to my friend the clusterfuck that's going on (they don't turk) and she said well hopefully there will be improvements over time. And of course I did this. I'm thinking this might be the thing that kills MTurk. I might be overreacting but you know Myspace made the same type of mistakes back in 2008-2009. A lot of part time workers aren't going to put up with this nonsense. If work isn't getting done as fast after they leave requesters are going to stop posting HITs. It's a snowball effect. If I wanted a soul crushing tedious pain in the ass job I'd work for Wal-Mart damn it.
I got no email at all. Maybe it's because I had taken several months off from turking. I got a little raise at work, and felt like I didn't have to spend every spare moment scraping extra nickles off the internet. Then I had to have surgery, and since I have a nearly $4000 deductible, I had to start up again, to build my cash reserves back up. So I did, and it was going fine, until yesterday, which was like running into a brick wall. Surely they know a lot of their workforce comes and goes, right? How do you run mturk and not notice that? Why didn't they send the email to everybody in their database?
I also believe that with this current change that mturk will slowly go downhill. I am sure a few of us remember the good ole days when you could make $50 without hardly trying on mturk
Hell it wasn't really that long ago I just made the window. I got Masters at the end of 2014 (shocked the hell out of me) and I had a few good quals and yeah suddenly I could hit $50 every day and some days just sort of leisurely working off and on. But slowly over time the past three years it's become a chore some days just to do $20. This whole change feels like it's going to be a pain to do $10 which at that point I'd be better off with a metal detector on the beach.

So am I wrong in thinking there's no longer a way to see what's waiting to be paid out? I did one HIT and it is already approved but my total for money available to transfer is $0 (I transferred about an hour ago) so I'm assuming Paid means "approved payment pending" until it switches over and at that point Paid means Paid. Seriously this seems like it's deliberately been made worse. How could anyone remake the site this awful? I'm at a loss. Did they contact anyone to find out what to keep and what to add and what to throw out? If so did they listen? Did they say "let's do the opposite of what everyone suggests and see how that goes"? I'm seriously never seen a worse job. They make the Microsoft Windows Updates look credible.

It's pretty much mega fucked atm. I couldn't even flag horse cock for money this morning because the product RNR's were just so completely fucked on the new format. so with the new hitscraper and turkmaster set up, if i click on a hit and its not available, its not showing me the "watch this hit" option. just "watch this page". so how do i set pandas without it? edit: is no one else having this issue?

Yeah that's what I am wondering. If the HIT isn't available it redirects you to the HITs available page I think the only way to panda would be to copy the link from the accept and work button.
I couldn't get TM to work. I'd suggest you move to PC and PC Helper until they get it straightened out. It shouldn't be too long though.
