Yeah. I guess someone didn't plan ahead when they coded this (duh). And with all the redirections didn't know when/where to show us messages like that. So it just shoves it on every page for the next N seconds after something happens (or fails to happen). I'm guessing a script will remove it from the most inappropriate places (like the dashboard) eventually. With all the flaws it is down the priority list some.
I think they cap them at whim. Sometimes they let me do 130 and other times as many as I like until I keel over :sleeping:
