I voted yes. It was hard but I was already thinking work-arounds. Like masturbation, and foreplay and kissing, just no actual sex. It would suck but hey you're a billionaire. The no alcohol thing would also be hard but with a billion dollars I could figure out something to take its place. With the billion I could imagine doing so much charity and stuff, and of course living that lux life lol and being able to see the whole world and not having to ever worry about money again.
