So today was my first day turking. And for some reason I was stupid enough to do a hit which asked me to change my proxies, type in a URL and then log into my hotmail and they would perform searches in the background for 20 mins. After I did everything (I accidentally was logged into my dad's hotmail), I let the search begin for about 2 minutes and for some reason I decided to quite and returned it and changed everything back.

Now my question is, in those two minutes, if this was a scammer could they have got into all of my information such as account passwords/bank info etc on my computer or only information on my dad's email account?

Any info would be appreciated! I'm kinda worried. And yes, I feel stupid. No need to rub it in.

Actually sounds more like someone was using you for page ranking; SEO. By changing your proxy it was to ensure that you had a ip address that would help them move up in the searches. The searches were probably all to the same site or to his/her nest of sites. I wouldn't worry about it to much.

You need to contact Amazon and make sure this is not a TOS violation.
