Can't Find Great HITs? 12/18 Winter, Work, Wishful Wednesday!!

They really dont fool around with people not getting their items when promised. I broke down and bought Prime this year and I have not been disappointed. Frankly I was surprised by your story because I have never gotten an item late since I got Prime. In fact I have often gotten stuff in a day if I order it early enough. I live within a few hours of one of their distribution centers and if its in stock there I get it quickly. They cant really give you a reason if it is shipped directly from a retailer because they dont have much control. I try to buy stuff that is shipped by them because they are always on top of it. Its great they refunded your money but Im sorry they did not deliver it when promised. At least its still before Christmas, I would be really pissed if it was Christmas gift and they could not get it to you on time.

 

Ok this is gonna sound goofy but, does anyone have pets that are obsessed with wrapping paper lol? I get up cause I hear rustling in the living room and what do I see, stormy(my dog) unwrapping gifts lmao!!! SHe has an obsession with unwrapping xmas gifts, so funny. Man now Im gonna have to rewrap **** lol. Maybe I'll learn and not put stuff under the tree early again haha

That is the second time I have posted one of those. I can't access it since I did it this morning and it really does look the same. Sorry about that.

 

Yeah this is the first time I remember having any real problem even with the outside stores. It was actually an ingredient rather than a gift. They sell a lot of dehydrated foods that you might use in gourmet cooking and such. A simple note saying hey sorry but it'll be late because... would have been nice but nothing then when I asked they did reply quickly but with nothing more than the tracking number I asked for and it showed they took almost 10 days just to print the shipping and still hadn't sent it.

I'm actually still waiting on an item from somewhere else(not through amazon) but at least they are nice and keep sending notes that it's on back order with the manufacturer and that I can cancel if I want but it's a needed part for an appliance so I just keep waiting.

LOL not yet but I have a couple who are scared of wrapping paper, at least the sound it makes. We'll see how the new kid-dog reacts this year. The old dog loves getting gifts but makes me unwrap them for her.

Yea my cat is afraid of everything loud and even wrapping paper being krinkled scares him. I just cant believe I did not hear it earlier cause she had just about everything unwrapped. Didnt care about what was inside the boxes, just wanted to tear that paper to hell lol. What a mess haha. Wish my camera worked but still waiting on my new one to arrive. Stormy will just sit or sleep for hours on end under the tree starring at the gifts.
