    That is the exact thing that amazon counts on. That is
    why they will absolutely take care of any shipping problems, you just have to ask. the key is making sure that you select the correct shipping. If they say it will be there by a certain day they will deliver or they will make it worth your while.

    The estimated delivery date on the item page gives you the quickest possible delivery date, which would be One-Day Shipping ($3.99 per item). So, since you went with the free Two-Day Shipping, it was 1 day later....

    FYI, Amazons shipping is getting ****ed up because of the snow and UPS/FedEx/USPS not shipping on time AFTER they leave the Amazon warehouses. I've had several orders these last few weeks refunded to me because of how late they were. All together I've got about $200 worth of toys and a new handbag for free. Usually the items arrived the day after they gave me my money back with an email apologizing for the delay with the shipping agencies.
