I ordered something last week and the page said order in the next 3 hours to get it on Monday the 16th, using Prime. Selected the 2 day Prime shipping, order takes a while to confirm. Order confirmation email says "Your estimated delivery date is: Tuesday, December 17, 2013" Shipping email says "Your guaranteed delivery date is: Tuesday, December 17, 2013". I wish I had screenshots of the order page giving me Monday as the delivery date. Wouldn't have minded another month of trial to get me through until the end of Jan.
Before I got prime I had an order that had a guaranteed delivery date like a week later or whatever they have and it was like two days before it was supposed to be here and it had not shipped. I contacted them and they told me not to worry about it. I told them that the only way possible that I could get it on time was if they shipped it two day air and I was not going to pay for that. I got it the next day and they shipped it next day air at their expense. I have never had a problem with amazon, Best Buy is a different story with them you are lucky to get it in a week unless you pay extra. Also I had a bad problem with Newegg they shipped me a product from California and I live in NC. It was shipped to Greensboro and then to Charlotte, I live less than an hour from there. It was promptly shipped back to California. I contacted them and instead of just reshipping the item like amazon would have done they gave me the BS and it rattled around California for a month before they finally agreed to just reship, by then I was done with them and told them to just refund my money a month later that was done. I will never order from Newegg again.
i don't think you would get it in that case. Now if the package came on the 18th, then you would. I think they go by the email confirmation and guaranteed date.

havent had a issue with newegg. best buy shipping is iffy. Took advantage of the Wreck it Ralph promo, so i ordered the figurine and blu ray (free shipping mind you). Instead of shipping it together, they shipped separately. I got the figurine next day, while the movie is still on the way.

They've got a variety of different camera straps if you've got a camera and you want something more comfortable than the stock strap.
