If this is your opinion, I can accept that. But there are many other AMT workers that do my HITS on a daily basis and have never been rejected. Usually the people who get rejected and then dispute the rejection are being very tactical in how they paraphrase their submissions.

Instead of putting the whole paragraph into their own words, they simply change a few words here and there because they feel that they have an idea of what would be considered "unique".

To remedy this type of situation, I am in the process of changing the instructions for doing my paragraph rewrite HITS. I am also going to put a detailed set instructions in the FAQ. I realize that this is probably not going change your view of my HITS, but I do feel that the situation needs to be addressed as a whole.

    Have a good day,

    KJ

I was just pointing out that you contradicted yourself.

First you said, "Your re-writes were rejected because I could only use half", and then you said, "If the worker's submission can be used in ANY way, our staff is instructed to make any necessary cosmetic changes and accept the submission."

Do you see how that's a contradiction?

I don't see the contradiction, at least not after searching the thread to find what you were quoting. Here it is, and I think the full passage gives it the original context that the requester seems to have intended.

He's talking about not rejecting for small mistakes, not about not rejecting if he feels half the submission is problematic. I agree that the "in ANY way" becomes a somewhat unclear choice of wording when you try to apply it to your situation, but the overall meaning is straightforward and consistent with what he told you.
