Exactly. I was a little hyperbolic when I said overturn, but certain laws can almost effectively overturn it. It was weakened once already in Planned Parenthood v Casey where the third trimester standard was replaced by the viability standard. Some states are attempting further restriction the biggest being fetal heart beat bills. A conservative court could theoretically agree with one of those. That could potentially restrict abortions after 7 weeks. This paired with other laws to make it more difficult to get an abortion and the delay between being pregnant and knowing you are pregnant effectively makes abortion illegal even if by the most technical standards it isn't.

Hey everyone, it's been a while since I posted. I now lurk. I've had 3 glasses of wine, for those of you that have been around a while, it's an upgrade...haha, drink of choice was, and still deep down inside is a Corona. But, and sorry for not posting hits or talk about certain requesters, lately it's been all about Noblis, Sergey, etc....but I really need to speak my mind... Here it goes, I know many of you will disagree. America will never be what it once was. What we as citizens have left is to try and preserve what is left of America for as long as we can. Yes, we dominate the world but at what cost? How much do we owe China? I think that for many of you who think that voting still makes a difference you need to take a step back and do more than just vote. It's about actually contributing to a change. Women vote, African American's are no longer slaves, racial segregation is now unlawful, why because people did more than just cast a vote. Today we are forced health insurance...but that started with car insurance, what's next, dental insurance, vision insurance. I know I'm ranting, sorry. I guess what I'm trying to say, is that voting is now about the lesser evil, if all we are going to do is make a choice with a ballot. I can't support Trump, he's filled with hate. Is that what America has come down to? Hate? Looking down on others? I don't get him. So with that said...I'm all about Hillary. Yes, she's made mistakes, fuck ups even, but are we really electing the next Messiah, or just the president of the United States? Remember, the president is a puppet with very few of his/her own beliefs in play, trying to keep peace around the world, I just don't see that with any of the other candidates. Okay, sorry. I know that was long, but you guys have been very vocal in your beliefs for a few weeks now. I just waited to give it to you all at once. Starting 4th glass of wine, good night.
