    Mturk is definitely pacific time. You can see on your dashboard when it changes over to a new day.

    just because there are some universities that reside in the east coast, doesn't mean mturk complies to their time.

    I live in Pacific Time so I don't know the answer to this question but. If you look at your AMT Dashboard what is today's date right now?

    Surveys are administered by people from universities for academic research. Most of them anyways.

    Yeah i realize that, most are administered by psychology departments..which dont even get me started on how that is a waste of a major.

    my point is university doesn't imply east coast... Theres schools in every single area of the us

    Man, nothing is working for me. My headphones aren't registering on a HIT, I was transcribing words, (not voices), and I was almost done, hit the wrong key and it disappeared off of my screen, went back to get it from HITs assigned to me and the whole damn thing was blank again....didn't have enough time to finish it AGAIN, grrrrrrrrrrr.....fuget it! FUGET IT! I'm done with this tonight! $10 is what it will be today.

    I never said they are only in east coast.

    THOSE universities were probably from the east coast.

    And I disagree that Psychology is a waste of a major.
