This is very rare. I've done almost 14k HITs and have 2 rejections from no TO requesters. You may be able to get it sorted it out via email. Don't let that scare you away from no TO HITs because they're actually where the money's at. New requesters tend to pay well at first, then adjust to lower wages eventually. At least that's what I've noticed.

Don't do this hit... they screwed up their quality answers I got every single bubble marked wrong on the very first hit I did in this batch because the bubbles do not correspond correctly to the answers they are looking for.
