Oh, ok, thanks. I did see that someone said that here. I just cherry picked in bed and chose things like cheese and green beans. If it was a packaged food, I skipped. I know that's not the best policy to take as a worker, but if they are paying me a nickel, I'm gonna just hit skip.
The thing is, the way they have it set up it's way safer to do a ton of HITs. If you're only doing 2 and you get one wrong, you'll get it rejected because your accuracy rating will be 50%. If you do 200 and get 90 wrong, you're still golden because your accuracy rating isn't below 50.
yeah I don't really like that.. considering that mini batch they put out today/yesterday... Decided not to get it because I dont have it on auto accept.
I am talking way tooooo much tonight! We seem to be talking about ingredients; however, most of the rejections I have read about were in the other categories. It seems to me that most people here didn't do ingredients, hated ingredients, thought that ingredients were underpaid. I'm not sure that any of the correspondence with the requester has dealt with the rejections in the other three categories.
the only reject i got from them was from the only icon i did. But the more you do in one batch the more safe you are it seems like. and i guess ill make the thread lol
We're still multiplying over here. I'm running a dead sprint race all the way till' first of March when it starts warming up, then retiring to Mturk only a few hours a night. :couch2: Then I get to start paying them "Paychecks" to my neighbor or the illegal immigrant hispanics.
Title: Answer a Short Survey About Receiving Prize Requester: University of Pennsylvania Ph.D. Research [A1D2JWISJX5DC7] (TO) TO Ratings: (Submit a new TO rating for this requester) Description: Please provide answers to the following questions Reward: $0.25 Qualifications: Total approved HITs is greater than 1000, HIT approval rate (%) is greater than 95, Location is US
I did my first one (FoodEssentials) and I think there was a typo among the ingredients in the list. Matching another user's work is interesting virtual transmission of responsibility to blind chance. The more workers who submit the HIT, the more likely any two or more are to match, but the nature of me doing my job, is not, someone else doing their job.
