Off topic question for those who have flat screen monitors (not trying to rub it in for people who are still using the old style unhip CRTS ) If the angle is straight up and down, does the screen look darker? Mine is tiled back a little and I would need to unhook the PITA purple cord to adjust it, but I'm not sure adjusting it would fix my issue. I think the issue is more the monitor.. THis is an LED and it is backlit and I don't think it can change. I however, can adjust.
Shoot, even turking full time and doing zmenues in between hits I still can't get on the superturkers level. I'm thinking about buying a new chair, gaming mouse and gaming keyboard and see if that helps some. I just can't sit here long periods of time without getting sore.
My screens do look darker straight up and down. But your viewing angle will make the most difference. Try playing with your chair height first.
To be fair, 944.00 of that was from one really short term job that paid a LOT and only a handful of us had the qualification for it. Right time, right place thing. Though I guess that's just like any other good job on here, side job etc. Ugh car payments. I haven't had one in a few years now and my van's transmission isn't liking me these days. I can't afford a car payment at all so I hope my van lasts long enough until I can! There aren't many things I hate paying more than a car payment. Was so happy when we paid the very last one.
Good morning! Typically, I don't do anything on Sundays but since I only made $68 last week due to traveling, I think I better hang out awhile and make a few bucks! Hope you all have a great day!
I am turking from bed right now and between this and my kitchen table... I know, I need to make setting up a proper turking area a priority after tax time. A mouse is on my ASAP list. I use a TRACK PAD on my laptop still.
I'm right there with ya! Sometimes my fingers hurt so bad from using this track pad, but I keep plugging away. I sit on my couch a lot and my back starts to hurt. Ugh, this is a tough job I tell ya! haha
I do the bed thing too without a mouse. I know that this set up would be better but I only turk and hour on school days and well, bed is just so comfy!
I just can't seem to spend money on myself. i know I need a desk and chair but then I do the whole "well I'm surviving just fine" lol Yeah... I need to remind myself of the week where I couldn't move my neck or upper back at all and was near tears.
Hey Everyone! The PayPal link for memberships should be working now, and the membership page has been added as a tab to the navigation bar at the top of the page.
Aww! I do the same thing. I rarely spend money on myself and when I do, I feel so guilty. I would love to get a desk, but my house is so small that I have nowhere to really put it without making the place look cluttered and I am semi over the top about organization and "decluttering." There has to be a way to accommodate! haha
They'll be required to send you a 1099. Typically, that becomes a requirement after they've paid $600. I believe they have until Jan 31, 2015 to get it to you. I spent a few years working with dual monitors at a refinery for 50+ hours a week. Comfort can make the difference between feeling like complete poop or like a million bux. Our managers were awesome. I got to add memory to my desktop and buy really high end mouse/keyboard pads and a few other doo dads for my desk courtesy of Marathon Petroleum. Woot.
OMGOMGOMGGOMG ARE THEY??????????? THANK YOU!!!!!!!! That'd be sooooo awesome (and way easier to track).
