Oh this is rare. Usually I'm at the table. I usually sit in bed with the laptop later at night and when I wake up drinking my coffee. But usually I'm at the table shalynoel... Yes! Space is a huge thing here as well. I have a small little sitting room that I need to clear out and then I plan on adding a desk. I can't really add a desk until I figure out what to do with the bed that's in there right now from when my mom was living with us. Hoping I can make that into an office for myself. Making a more professional setup will increase motivation I'm sure.
I remember getting an email about it around a year ago, and found that with a google search. I think they are, but I'm not sure.
LOL I guess we'll find out by the 31st of Jan. I really hope they do. That would be the epitome of awesome. And I can ditch this stoopit spreadsheet I've been keeping all year.

Having an office made a huge difference for me. I turned a small bedroom (kinda like what yours sounds like) into an office and pretty much just work in there all day. It definitely minimizes possible distractions. I lucked out and got a desk on CL and a really nice chair at a thrift store. I think it was like $75 bucks for both. The more I treat turking like a "real job", the more money I've been able to make. That includes having a decent setup to work with.
Early this week was really, really good. I made about $130 with like 4 days off, lol. It died for me around Wednesday, though.
I found an awesome desk at Saint Vinny's (thrift store) BUT... then remembered that I had to get that bed out first! LOL
Did a little more digging, and it looks they only send out the 1099-K for $20k or more. The easiest thing is to take it to a tax professional.

Omg. *weeps* My tax guy will charge me about $300 (or more) to set up a business account with him. Hmmm...I don't think it'll be too tricky to self-file. Depends...I do have every deposit I've made into my bank recorded and I know there're other details I can snag from Amazon Payments. I dunno, this is my first year filing as self-employed. But I have almost no deductions or expenses, so it might not be too difficult.
I'm a bit nervous but I'm going to attempt self-filing like I usually do. I know the programs are really great at walking you through all of that stuff. I figure we can always bring it somewhere if we run into issues eh?
