Another question. If someone has a HIT posted that requires you to sign up to a web site and provide feed back from the welcome email (so you have to use a real email address)... is this a TOS violation?
They're transcription jobs that allow the worker 3+ hours to do the HIT, but the HIT itself is about to expire in less than an hour.
Technically. But if they pay, who cares. You can report to Amazon, mark their TO as them violationg TOS, or ignore it. edit: Mturk blog, gives you a rundown of HIT types that violate TOS: http://mechanicalturk.typepad.com/blog/2010/12/some-thoughts-on-invalid-hits-.html
So many October babies on here! Happy BDay to you all! My Jazzy turns 5 on Monday! So I'm a little biased to October babies, myself. And good morning everyone!
I haven't reported them and don't plan to. Just wanted to clarify for my purposes what is possible. Maybe some day in the future, I'll use mturk to build up a website of my own
Dang. I'm using Opera and this would make my life so much easier but I can't figure out how to make these scripts work in Opera. Every time I install FireFox my computer gets the blue screen of death and I am forced to uninstall it.
Alright, I've spent 5 minutes trying to figure this out and I feel dumb as hell. I installed the Block Requesters script and I can't figure out how to use it. Can anyone help me out? I see absolutely no changes to Chrome, I've checked TamperMonkey to make sure it installed... I'm stumped. Edit: Disregard, I'm dumb.
