I would download Process Explorer. look for any programs toward the bottom that look out of place. That is most likely your virus. Also, run MalwareBytes.

http://evolvtechnology.us11.list-manage.com/subscribe?u=cc35920722ed0a76d47cda0ff&id=a98edfcdda that's where you sign up for the emails. This weeks just says: Hi Lori, Happy Monday! Last week was an eventful week of qualifications, and this week we have new batches for both Tier 1 and Tier 2. Next week we will have another opportunity to qualify, so stay tuned if you aren't yet. See below for our upcoming schedule as well as a short note on speed. 1. Our schedule for the week Monday, 10/5 -- No hits planned Tuesday, 10/6 -- No hits planned Wednesday, 10/7 -- 4,000 receipts at 1:00PM Eastern (Tier 1), 4,000 hits at 3:00PM Eastern (Tier 1 & 2) Thursday, 10/8 -- No hits planned Friday, 10/2 -- 4,000 receipts at 1:00PM Eastern (Tier 1), 4,000 hits at 3:00PM Eastern (Tier 1 & 2) Saturday, 10/3 -- No hits planned Sunday, 10/4 -- No hits planned 2. Recent results and news Why is speed important? A number of you have asked us this question in the past few weeks, so we figured we'd discuss it here. The primary reason speed is important to us is that it's important to our customers and our application. In many cases (we gather) other requesters lack this constraint, so speed is entirely your preference, whereas for us it's "mission critical." Going forward, we anticipate that >50% of our hits will involve some aspect of speed. The remainder will be more typical, where speed helps you earn a higher hourly wage, but isn't "mission critical." We'll try to make it very clear which hits require speed and which do not. This was a big part of why we created Tier 1 and Tier 2 quals. Tier 1 is a group that we know we can give tasks to when we need very fast and accurate responses, and Tier 2 is a group that we know we can count on for accurate responses at a slightly slower rate (though still a strong pace). The takeaway: If you are accurate and don't mind doing work at pace, you're definitely a good fit for our future work. If you take your work seriously but aren't a speed demon, don't be discouraged. You're still a good fit for our future work -- we'll have a mix, and we look forward to working with you. QUALS: You can check the Round 3 qual stats here. 3. Guide [Draft] The guide will go live soon. Last chance to check it out and give us your comments via the Google doc (click "Comment" button).
Did all that... Remember if anyone grabbed that Steve Gottlieb HIT last night it starts at 11:00 AM today
I got put in Tier 2 and now I won't be able to do the hits because 3pm is when I'm gone picking up my kids....
You are looking at the Task Manager. Process Explorer is a program that is more in depth and shows a LOT more than task manager does. Get it here. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx Towards the bottom, if you don't recognize the program or company that made it, get rid of it. most viruses will show as DF23sdfe.exe or something like that. If you right click on the process, you can go to properties, show original location, then stop the process and then rename the file and delete it. Problem solved. Good luck!
Weird. I got like $1.60 bonus from Mosaic last week and assumed that meant I did well. Didn't get a qual email.
